Radio host Julie Burstein wrote a book titled Spark: How Creativity Works which highlights some of the dimensions of creativity. Watch her TED Talk "4 lessons in creativity." Burstein outlines the "4 lessons" into these categories: experience, challenge, limitation, and loss. In the first lesson, she says that we must pay attention to the world around us.

Silent Crescendo was directed by Emmanuel Vaughan-Lee. He is the founder and director of the Global Oneness Project, an online multimedia platform which has been producing and curating stories since 2006.
