If there are only cavendish banana out there and said all are same and pose same trait ,then how come there are many varities of banana and they all do vary each other. They vary in taste , shape, colour.... isn't it little out of theory

Cavendish bananas are only grown in a green house in New Zealand as it's the only way to get the temperatures hot enough to grow them
