The Poet and used the level of Sensory in this poem, as in the phrase 'In leaves no step had trodden black.' the poet is trying to express his feeling in which he is saying that, the leaves have fallen on the ground and is making a path for him, on which he can walk on. Another phrase is 'I shall be telling this with a sigh' in this the poet is explaining, that he is walking or a long time, because of which he is tired, but he still wants to talk. This poem has Metaphor, repetition, imagery and alliteration
