I think we have to live in a way that we feel that is a continued learning. Because if we keep learning there is no way to feel mad of something you did or someone did. Also if you think that way, you become more empathic with other people and treat people the way you want to be treated.

Before you say something to another person, think about the consequences your words will have. If it is truthful, and does not harm others than you can say it, but if it could cause negative thoughts, it is best that you keep it to yourself.
