From my point of view, younger generations are feeling higher levels of anxiety for many reasons. First of all, life is changing very quickly. Modern technologies are evolving every single moment, so they have to improve their skills and learn more to keep up with this evolution, otherwise they won't find any opportunities to earn their livings. A second reason is that younger generations aren't as responsible and mature as older ones. They are not used to living hard lives as parents have provided them with all their needs and made their lives easier. So, when they face any problem, their levels of anxiety rise quickly. Finally, modern technologies have made everything accessible without doing much effort, which in turn made younger generations lazier and lacking the skills of problem solving.
To combat this problem we have to help them be more responsible. I believe that they have to work while studying to be more mature.

I think ,reason of this situation may be future anxiety.Especially ıf we look conditions of our world nowadays ,this anxiety type that young people has is very normal.Accordıng to my opinion, the other reason of that is social media As it becomes more common in daily life, young people feel much more lonely.İn this case makes them have anxiety. To combat of anxiety, they should make more exercise, read a book or maybe the most important one express yourself easily and talk to with someone your problems or feelings

I think the younger generation is much more occupied with the curriculum, competition, and even for living a leveraged lifestyle. All these things sequestered meditation and any physical activity from their life. Moreover, the advancement in technology in many ways has helped human life, but it has, on the other side, decreased the physical activity in their life as a part of its shortcomings. These things result in the accumulation of harmful chemicals in the brain without their removal, which increases anxiety in younger generations.

Perhaps owing to the big pressure from society on young people, for always do the best all the time. I think there are different ways to combat it, one is with therapy, to understand yourself

I think that maybe one problem can be multiple choices, colours and noises nowadays, also the "speed" as someone has mentioned before. Also this and the fear of not being good enough and accept leads younger generation to higher levels of anxiety.

I think the younger generations are feeling higher levels of anxiety because the "speed" of life and the information become also higher than before. It is stressful.

I think younger generations are feeling higher levels of anxiety because they are not using things to help themselves.

Maybe because they are getting stressed easily or even because they fell pressure everywhere especially in school. Something that could help them would have someone to talk about their fears and do the exercises mentioned by Wendy Suzuki.

I think because they go to school and academies (well in Korea they do) and sometimes they could get a bad score or maybe some kid is making them stressed out such as a kid talking behind his/her back. even if adults experience this, kids are young and may take this pretty hard.
To combat this, they could have therapy sessions or have free time to do other things that they enjoy doing.
