American Sign Language (ASL) is a way of communicating with your hands and face-- with no spoken words. ASL is the official language of the deaf and hard of hearing individuals in the United States, but it is also a language that is really helpful for remembering the letters of the alphabet. When you do a motion and say something at the same time it makes what you are learning more "sticky!"

Vowels are special letters that can have more than one sound. Which letter below is NOT a vowel? (Hint: Listen for which letters in the videos have two sounds.)
