For my opinion, emotional self-care is absolutely important in a person's life. Most today society, especially on social media, most people describe their lifestyle whatever they do and also blame on others although that's not their business.

In today's society we must protect ourselves at all times because we are available for everything. We need to look at real life without filter, without social media. Talk more looking into people's eyes and not looking at screens. And we must learn to be alone so we can cope and grow as a human being. Finally, we need to do nothing! At that moment it will be possible to make the greatest discoveries.

according to my own experience self care from the emotional side is very crucial to the person as a whole being in order to maintain his\her own balance on the psychological state that affects the way a person reacts to his\her own outer world and people around so it does have an effect.

I firmly believe that the importance of emotional self-care is undeniable. Emotions have lots of impacts on our daily basis, and as a result, if we stop caring about our feelings, it'll have a detrimental effect on us. Self hatred, depression are some examples of this. In conclusion, emotional self care is very important, and we should make it a daily habit.

Emotional self-care plays a crucial role in our daily life to do everything in a positive way and bring good results in what you do. An example of this case is when you wake up with unstable emotions which's in hopeless thoughts without taking care of your mental health, you won't be able to do anything with a happy mind and always feel tired to do it. Also, It can push you to the ground of life if you don't find this important mental health. I suggest taking care your emotional self-care very seriously. If you don't help yourself first, who will help you instead because not everyone in the world really loves you as you did to yourself?

Definitely, I think emotional self-care is more like a reflex rather than a choice. Not for everyone though. But don't we all do something to make us feel better. Such as binging a tv show with ice cream. Small things such as those lead to a huge recovery.
