To me, I'm grateful for God, my family, my friends, and all the people in the world that are sick in life right now.
We have to do alot of thing on each day make it happy
lots of people would love to be in your situation show that you're grateful
How can you measure happiness as a percentage? Imagine having a happiness meter like a Fitbit or something and you just say “ah yes this gift has increased my happiness by exactly 5.3829% 🤓”

The best way to feel or express gratitude is make a journal where you write about you day, three things because you feel grateful right now, How do you feel now and other things, all this help us in reflect and feel grateful because you have the control the your life. This exercise help me so much in improve my gratitude.
I think sharing our gratitude to others make more friendly and get more tough in heart. When we express the gratitude of others, they become more doing in gratitude activity, get encourage and reach strong relationship.

gratitude is important because you always need to be grateful about what you have because you dont know whats gonna happen
I say the trees because we just chop them down and don't even think how long it will be until a new tree will grow into it's place.
