I incorporate brain breaks in my class. Go noodle is a great site. My middle schoolers thing they are silly but fun. Moving around is the way to go !

Lots of youtube videos to use in the classroom as well! Try "Jammin Minute" and "the Learning Station" on YouTube.
I also recorded videos of each of my classes doing a brain break then uploaded them to our server. Teachers can access them anytime they want and the kids LOVE seeing themselves and their friends on the screen!
