We can decrease our consumption of meat by making a conscious effort to live a healthy life such as managing stress, getting enough sleep, reducing excess sugar and salt consumption and avoiding bad habits. If we have done some of these activities, we can create a good mindset to reduce meat consumption in the world because we can choose things that are good for our own health and the people around us, as well as improving the state of the environment in the world.

We can decrease our meat consumption slowly, like we can start by limiting the portion of meat that we consume, besides that we can also look for meat replacer such as mushrooms, tempeh, and tofu. we can also consume more vegetables, because the fact is that consuming vegetables itself is much healthier than consuming meat overly and we can replace meat with plant that based protein. Besides that we also have to be good at creating dishes without having to use meat so that we can get used to eating without meat. and lastly maybe we can make making meals plan for our self, Plan meals that rely less on meat by incorporating more legumes, grains, and vegetables in our weekly menu.

Lesson in progress

We can reduce meat by starting to get used to eating vegetables, realizing that eating too much meat can cause diseases such as cholesterol or heart attacks, and can also increase greenhouse gas emissions on earth. By reducing meat consumption, we can improve the surrounding ecosystem.
