Let’s Begin…

When are humans most happy? To gather data on this question, Matt Killingsworth built an app, Track Your Happiness, that let people report their feelings in real time. Among the surprising results: We're often happiest when we're lost in the moment. And the flip side: The more our mind wanders, the less happy we can be. (Filmed at TEDxCambridge.)

1.When I'm thinking about my parents (memories about my childhood), about vacations (plans to spent my vacation in a nice place), plans for weekend I feel more happier. Sometimes I feel happiness even when I remember nice movie of good book

when I think about future I am less happy, then begin think about problems, difficulties and it scares me
2. When I am with my friends and relatives I try to focus on each moment I spend with them and don't think about problem.
