Let’s Begin…
During
the Victorian Age, women were unlikely to become great explorers, but a
few intelligent, gritty and brave women made major contributions to the
study of previously little-understood territory. Courtney Stephens
examines three women -- Marianne North, Mary Kingsley and Alexandra David-Néel -- who wouldn’t take no for an answer (and shows why we should be grateful that they didn’t).

I believe there is no difference because freedom is being able to have a choice on what you want to do. Also independence allows you to do things the way you want to do them. These two things are so similar that there's hardly a difference.

There is a difference between freedom and independence. Independence to me is when u don't do what people expect (my life), but freedom is being able to do things that you want and being able to "let go"

there is no difference between freedom and independence. Freedom means the power or right to act, speak, or think as one wants without hindrance or restraint, and independence means free from outside control; not depending on another's authority. They mean the same thing. There really isn't a difference.

Yes there is a difference between freedom and independence. Having a freedom is simply being able to do what you want while being independent is being able to do things on your own or standing on your own two feet.
