Let’s Begin…
During
the Victorian Age, women were unlikely to become great explorers, but a
few intelligent, gritty and brave women made major contributions to the
study of previously little-understood territory. Courtney Stephens
examines three women -- Marianne North, Mary Kingsley and Alexandra David-Néel -- who wouldn’t take no for an answer (and shows why we should be grateful that they didn’t).

Yes. I feel like we don't gain respect for women and girls if we don't know about their history. Also, this month it's very vital to learn about all types of women even if they are less known or more known, it's still important to talk about women so we can know more about another minority in our country. Most of the time many stereotypes are that women don't struggle or they don't work, but there are many women who have given their lives and have devoted themselves to do what they do, Most even work harder than them. So I guess all in all that we shouldn't put limits on what women can't do and can, It really just ends up to be their curiosity and how far SHE wants to go.

Yes, it's important to learn about women's history because women don't tend to get as much recognition for somethings while men do. Women have a big role in this role and should get the credit they deserve.

I do think it is important to think about women's history specifically because women are big part of our history and what they have done still affects us today. If we think about women's history and what they did it can inspire us today. Also because of women in the past women today have more rights so that makes women's history an important thing to think about.

Yes, it is important to think specifically about woman's history because women have improved over the years by bravery and have changed so much over the past century. It's great to go back in history and learn about how much the world has improved. Some people still believe woman are dangerous and weak, but looking in our past, we can easily prove them wrong.
