I think nowadays to much harder to forget about your ex. People follow each other on social media and they might see their photos every day. It is also much easier to stalk somebody. When you have a broken heart to often have to block your ex on all your social media if you want to forget.

I believe technology makes us feel close of the other person and follow all the other person steps, be a stalker after the broke it is not a healthy way to deal with this moment.
I believe the best way to deal with a heartbreak is to move on and not follow the other person on social medias.
