Why this initiative, and why now?
The last several years of change have up-ended almost every aspect of education, revealing shortcomings alongside opportunities that have never felt both so urgent and so possible. As the world adjusts to ever-evolving new realities, TED-Ed wants to hear from those navigating these seismic shifts firsthand: the educators, students, and parents/guardians who are committed to keeping kids healthy, happy, safe and learning.
As we commit ourselves with stubborn optimism to building a better future, help us make a record of what’s working, what’s not and what we need to do next.
TED-Ed believes in the transformative power of education, and that together, we have the power to transform education. We will be selecting a number of submissions to be developed into TED-style Talks and shared with the world.
