There is no shortage of outstanding graphics and posters with examples of growth vs fixed mindset statements, examples, and tips. A simple google image search would yield hundreds of results! Better yet, maybe you could make your own!
Spend a day listening to your words and the words of others around you. Do you seem to have a fixed or growth mindset? What about your peers? You can take what you learn into the next day; try to adjust any messages to yourself so that they put you into the growth mindset frame of mind.
