I think that is so difficult to hapend because for mutate a part of the adn of a person he need that something very strange happens becau se when we talk about adn we are talking about a biologic think for that i think that is imposible to mutate the adn of a child/person.

Yes, some DNA can be mutaded, you can take one characteristic of you and change it. For example, you can change your eyes color.
