I think that we need to always turn off the lights whenever they are not in use. I also think that we should vary how many electronics we have plugged in, so less energy is being used at once. I think that a major way we could all reduce our energy consumption is just by getting solar panels and getting free energy to power our necessities. I think that if more people became aware of the easy things they can do to limit their energy consumption than many would do that and it would be better for us in the long run.
I think we can turn of the lights if you dont need to use them like thousands of American waste lots of energy because they dont need to use it. We can also use enviromental energy like windfarms and solar farms.
I think that is true for you because sometimes I forgot to plug out the charger for my Ipad and I think you are corrcet on that statement.
We can turn of all electronics when not in use. And instead of using electronic cars that uses battery, we can either ride bicycles or walk.
And if we're feeling hot, just open the windows instead of turning on the fans and air conditioners. That way, we save energy and lower down the price of the electric bills.
I think that us as a society should use fewer fossil fuels for energy, instead using renewables to power structures. We should also use more sustainable sources of light such as LEDS instead of others, and find a way to reduce waste.
We can reduce energy consumption simply by turning the city lights after midnight too. We can also replace automobiles with bicycles. In developing countries, rural people can be encouraged and trained to use biogas and solar energy to replace firewoods. People can simply store oil after cooking and donate to local processing plants which will go waste and make troubles to ourselves otherwise.
I, as a student, can educate rural people about energy conservation and can train them to make and use biogas and solar energy.
We can turn off lights when not using them, switch to renewable energy sources(solar power, wind turbine power, etc.), and just try not to use as many electronics and devices. In doing so, we can save energy, reduce pollution, and lower our electricity bills.
insad of just using the heat energy from plants use the carbon energy
I use like 60% less energy then my brother so I'm saying use less. :D
I live in Singapore, which is a tropical country with really high temperatures. Every day the air-conditioners consume a large amount of energy. I think it will save a lot energy if we can turn on the air conditioners only when necessary.
As for the whole society, I think we should focus on looking for new kinds of energy, which are sustainable and renewable. Because the fossil fuels are limited in amount, we have to find an alternative way before we run out of energy on Earth.
Open your curtains instead of turning on the lights. Plant trees in the right spot around your house so that you don't have to use air conditioning and heating so much. Get a shower timer so you can aim for showers under 5 minutes.
really, we shouldnt have to worry about it. clean engery is ready whenever but the gov doesn't want to change things for the better.
Turn on the lights only when you need it. Only use electronics when you NEED them, not when you're necessarily bored. Be mindful of how much water you use, etc.
No matter what we are totally dependent on non renewable sources of energy. But in the past few decades we've come across renewable sources of energy.
We can reduce our energy consumption by-
1. Increasing the efficiency of the appliances.
2. Use of solar panels in homes.
3. Switching off unnecessary appliances.
And many more.
We could a great role in changing the society to reduce energy consumption by
1. Creating awareness.
2. Establishing organisation and committee.
3. Increasing efficiency of plants.
The fate of future generations is in our hands and I'm sure that we could save it and make a better life for them. It is a heavy task but we could make it lighter by holding our hands together.
I can use less technology. I can turn off lights and things I’m not using. We can use renewable resources.
Turn off the lights when you leave the room. Take short showers. Don't heat your home so warm; wear a sweater when it's cold. Buy secondhand clothes and reuse or fix clothes. ~ Harmony, age 7
One way I can reduce my energy consumption is by using my phone less and making myself busier. We can use reusable energy like solar panels, hydroelectricity, and wind turbines instead of fossil fuels.
Turn off lights and water taps whenever they are not in use. Try to ride bikes and take a walk instead of driving a car that needs much fuel to operate. And turn off air conditioners if possible.
Though if we are hungry more every day to the cause of walking or biking we’ll need more energy to have more fridge space or pantry space so we should all learn how to skateboard I’ve been practicing lately and it’s quite fun and fan are a simple need cause if it’s hot out, then it would be useless except for getting so nice, fresh air.
it impacts the quality of life for people because without energy we couldn't do so many things
the similarities between these types of energy is that it's all the same kind of basic energy force.
new generation will be forced to learn new energy sources while dealing with the problems that their careless ancestors left them with. also their will probably be so much garbage on the planet that the future generations will have to think of a way to get rid of it.
To reduce my energy consumption and use it more effectively, I could use more Energy Star products, introduce energy conserving light bulbs into my house, and begin to transfer over into renewable power. By doing these things, I would ultimately consume less energy and become more energy efficient. There are ways that individuals can influence our society as a whole to change the way that we produce energy and consume it in the future. We can campaign and petition to our lawmakers to start the transfer over into renewable energy, share with local governments the benefits of being on a smart grid, and encourage people to begin to make small changes in their homes that will add up over time, which will help them to conserve their energy use.
I think one good way to approach this challenge on energy consumption is to be aware that our daily actions have a huge impact. From the way we take showers or do laundry, passing for the food we eat, and the way we move around our cities.
One way to conserve energy is by taking at least one hour of the day to try and use the least energy possible. For example you turn off all the lights except maybe one and unplug all your chargers, and try not to cook or take a shower at that time. Another way to conserve energy is by only turning on lights when you need to. Also we should try using cleaner energy sources like solar energy and wind energy instead of fossil fuels.😜YEET
There are many simple ways I can personally reduce my energy consumption. I usually have my phone charging overnight; I can leave it unplugged. Turning off lights when I leave rooms is small but helpful. I can open the many windows in my house to provide light without electricity. I can use a drying rack to hang dry my clothes instead of using the dryer. When I do use the dryer I can try and lower the heat and time. Someday in my own house I'd love to use solar panels for energy, and bike/walk more than I drive. I also like the idea that one day, there are "extra oil" drop-off containers everywhere, where people come by regularly to drop off their extra oil. Then, trucks come around and pick up these containers in order to turn the oil into biodiesel.
Most people are fearful of switching to solar energy (just one of the many examples) probably because, in the beginning, it costs so much more money and time to set up than other methods, the truth of the matter is though it saves you a ton of money in the long run.
We need windmills everywhere
To transform and convert our mindsets.
i can turn off my light when unneeded and the role of using more renewable sources can change how we use energy
be aware of the choices and try to use less energy
No TV and sleeping early so light is not on for too long
Use public transport
Plant trees
And be Happy as it is the most costly resource
I think we should use more renewable resources, such as sun and wind, to power our homes.
We could also turn off lights, take out chargers from the walls when they are not in use, and things like that to save our energy.
Turn off anything we are not using, be aware of what is running in your house at what times, be mindful of what you’re doing and how long you were doing it for. By keeping these in check we can reduce our energy usage for the future.
Turn of the lights when you're not using them. Also turn off electronics like the TV and computer when they're not in use. Get insulated walls and double-glazed windows so that you don't need to use a heater.
Avoid octopus charging, turn off the lights/other electronics that are not in use. and limit the usage of other technological devices in order to prevent simultaneously using the charging socket
I only turn lights, fans, and taps on when they're in use and minimize waste in those areas. I think we should also refrain from constantly charging our laptops and phones even on full battery as it wastes a lot of energy. I think changes being made on a national scale, as well as policies being implemented by lawmakers that push for environmental sustainability, would be crucial in changing the way energy is used and produced.
Solar powered everything
Some ways I can reduce my energy consumption are by taking public transportation when it is safe to do so, avoiding wasting water, not leaving electronics plugged in after they are fully charged, and turning off lights. These simple choices can lengthen the life of nonrenewable resources and limit the impacts of global warming on future generations.
- Insulate our homes properly
- Use cold tap water when the weather is not cold
- Use electric IH stove for every day cooking instead of gas
- Go out more and enjoy the sun
- Sleep more :)
We need to turn off the lights if there not in use, turn the phone charges off, use devices less.
Monitoring the use of appliances appropriately. Using efficient devices. Minimizing use as possible that is avoiding misuse overuse. Turning appliances off when not in use. Doing researches on improving renewable resources of energy must be pondered.
Turn off lights when you leave a room, turn off the TV when you are not using it, flush the toilet, always.
I think we should think more about the amount of energy we use in our day to day life. We should always turn off lights when we are not using them, We should not charge our devices if we really don't need to, We should use more solar panels installed.
we can switch off the lights and fans when not in use
hello i like energyyyyyyy
We need to cut power on unused appliances, find sustainable resources, and provide them to homes.
1. Switching off electric devices immediately after use is the most basic step.
2. If its too hot, instead of switching on A/Cs in different rooms, try sharing one room!
3. Use solar energy to power your heating devices at home.
4. Move away from non-renewable energy sources like fossil fuels to renewable sources like solar and hydro energy sources.
turn off all city lights at a certain time at night. turn off light in your house when not using them
Excessive use of household appliances and devices should be minimized as much as possible, like airconditioning units. Turning off lights and other devices when not in use should be done and taught to kids who are now addicted to gadgets. Also, advocacy and IEC should be heightened in communities and should be an important agenda by decision makers both in the local and international level
paper windmils,
turn off lights
We can (1) turn off the lights when they are not needed, (2) not always plug in so many electronics, (3) use more solar panels and (4) use wind for energy more, as well.
I think we should gather to the one room and do our work. So then, we have to use less energy for lightning and air conditioning.
I think we should turn off the lights when we are not in the room. and turn off the tv when we are not watching it
we should use less electricity
To reduce the energy consumption one man at a time I could use my computer and phone less and bike or walk places more often. Different processes are used to create energy and at the moment our country is extremely dependent on fossil fuel and its consumption. This cannot be solved immediately as it would cause a total collapse of the American economy. Instead I believe and easing off of fossil fuels as to no start a crisis or put millions out of work. This could also be coupled and brought along more swiftly with new adaptations of energy. These could take the form of solar panels or, wind turbines. We could also take steps to take the greenhouse gasses that are already prevalent in our biosphere out of the atmosphere and further reduce the harmful effects of such admissions.
Turn off electronics when not in use, switch to solar powered everything, monitor energy consumption, avoid constant recharging, insulate your home.
Suggestions for reducing a person's energy consumption:
- Turn off lights when not necessary or needed.
- Let electronic devices have a limited battery and then fully charge, instead of taking it on and off.
- Make sure electronic devices such as computers are off when not in use.
- Make showers shorter so energy is not being used to heat up lots of water.
Changing energy consumption:
- Spread the knowledge: make sure people are aware of what they can do and how they can help.
- Accessibility: have alternatives such as solar panels to be more accessible to people.
- The Home: make sure homes are insulated so heating is not having to be used all the time.
We can use solar panels instead of fossil fuels.
Some ways you can reduce my energy consumption is to turn off electrical devices when they are not being used as well as turning off the light when stepping out of a room. The larger use of solar energy would change the way our society produces and uses energy in the future. There is an excess amount of solar energy that can be used as alternative sources of energy for limited fossil fuels. Using solar energy would reduce the amount of fuels we use as well as save the environment.
We can start, as a society, to turn off the lights when we don't need them. We also need to find another source of energy like solar panels so we don't make a huge impact on the planet.
We can reduce the amount of energy we use, reuse energy and other resources that can be reused, and also recycle resources and turning them into other items that we can use. This will positively affect the future because we are using less energy and so there will be more energy for the future generations.
People can hang clothes outside to dry instead of using a dryer. A clothes dryer consumes about 3000 watts every time it is used. Even if just a quarter of the US population air drys their clothes, about 247,000 million watts would be saved.
To reduce the amount of energy consumption, people can bike or walk to their destinations. Public transport is also an option to reduce energy consumption because thirty people on one motor vehicle save more energy than thirty individual automobiles on the roads. Turning off electronic devices, light, and water when they are not in use is also an effective way to reduce how much power is being used. We also need to find different sources of energy such as solar panels to eliminate or reduce electricity usage.
I think we can carpool and bicycle/walk to different places instead of taking cars. We can turn off lights when not in use. We can educate others about how to use energy more efficiently and why it's important.
We can recycle, even oils! Turn off electronics and lights when not in use. Eat less meat and walk or ride a bike in lu of a car.
Turn off the lights in your room when you are not using them and also turn off the tap when you are brushing your teeth.
Improve the quality of bike lanes in large cities encouraging people to avoid driving.
You can use more public transportation, turning off lights and electronics when possible, and invest or donate money to places that research energy sources like solar panels or geothermal energy. This could lead to it being cheaper and more accessible, which will cause more people to use it.
There are many ways we can reduce energy consumption very easily. We can turn off our lights, take public transportation/walk, and use energy very wisely.
Ways to reduce energy consumption would be, turning off lights and heating/cooling systems when they aren't necessary. Changing the way our society produces and uses energy would greatly impact the condition of our planet (pollution in the air) in the future.
We could reduce energy consumption by turning of lights and the sink when we are not using them, switch to LED lights, and if possible insulate our homes. To help change the way our society uses energy we can promote ads that would persuade and educate others on reducing energy consumption.
As a society, some methods that we can use to conserve energy include turning off the lights before leaving a room, limiting our use of technological devices, and using healthier modes of transportation, such as walking, or taking public transportation. If we remain consistent in prioritizing these habits, we can positively impact the way in which our society produces and uses energy in the future.
We can efficiently conserve energy by lessening the amount of electricity we use in a day. Electricity is used to power an abundance of everyday machines. Humans should reduce their use of fans and AC. Books are enjoyable substitutes to games on technological devices. Turning off lights when they aren’t needed is a substantial way of helping the environment as well. These simple acts can create a better future for the Earth. Pollution and greenhouse gases will decrease, helping the atmosphere. The sun’s rays will then be blocked. Coal and natural gases will be used less, preserving the ecosystem.
Some ways to reduce energy consumption in our day to day life is to make sure we don't use unnecessary energy. For example, we should close the lights when we aren't in the room, or unplug your charger when you aren't using it. Doing simple things like that may preserve energy. In addition, walk, bike, or take public transportation, so you don't waste gas from cars.
Simple things such as using the thermostat mildly and turning off lights can greatly reduce energy consumption. Renewable energy sources are necessary to human survival in the future.
We can use the heating system as little as possible when we can instead wear warmer clothing. The use of public transport can reduce energy consumption. Limiting the number of lights turned on can also be beneficial.
You can reduce energy consumption by turing off any electronics after use. The role of spreading awareness, changing more sources of energy to renewable, and limiting unnecessary consumption of energy can help the future generations.
Some ways to reduce energy consumption is by using electronics less, turning off the light when you leave a room, or even being mindful of how much water you’re using. Our future energy consumption rates will shape what our environment and society will look like in the future. If rates increase then big buck companies will find every possible way to make more energy regardless of its lasting effects on the environment. Because of this mindset, our planet can potentially deteriorate until it is simply ruined.
You should use electricity and appliances if needed and being aware of the amount of energy that you are using can also help to limit the amount of energy used.
We can reduce our use of light energy since we don’t really need light energy at home. We can use candles instead and it saves up much more light energy being used. It plays a big role in changing the way our society produces and uses energy in the future because our ancestor’s generation didn’t have that much of energy consumption. They barely had any light energy or technology to use.
Use natural light when their is sunlight, only use lights when it gets dark outside and turn them off when you are no longer in the room. Use electronic devices only when necessary or set a time limit. Try to limit car rides and walk / use a bicycle to get places.
I think we should think about how to use energy wisely because were not sure if its limited or not. But we should turn of electricty when not needed
Some ways I can reduce energy consumption is to turn on lights when necessary, wash clothes, hang dry instead of tumble dry, use electronics less, and unplug them when they are finished charging. A role that can play in changing the way our society produces and uses energy in the future are renewable sources of energy such as solar panels, wind mills, and water damns.
I would use natural light, such as bathing with the lights off during the day. Choosing to not turn on the lights for a few minutes a day can add up to a lot less energy wasted in the future and this conserves energy
Some ways I can reduce energy consumption is by riding a bicycle and not driving a car. Using solar panels could change the way our society produces and uses energy in the future.
I could not use the lights during the day.
dig to the centre of the earth for more heat energy.
turn off lights if you do not need them like thousands of people do when they leave their houses.
Whenever brushing our teeth, we should turn off the water while brushing and only turn it on while rinsing the toothpaste. This day, every day little by little, we are minimizing our water use! Also, if possible, flushing the toilets fewer times (still following a good sense of hygiene and cleanliness) to also avoid a lot of water use.
I think if we dont need the water on turn it off or the lights we end to keep them on to just keep them on but if we turn the off more energy can be saved
I can reduce my energy consumption by not using all the technogly I use. We could stop using as much things we use.
1.The first ways I can use less energy in my day-to-day life is to walk to the places I have to go. 2. Use less things that need gas like a gas stove.3.I recycle my Plastic and things of that nature. If this happens in the future the future would be clean and a better place for kids and humans/animals.
Ways I can reduce energy is by using less of the things that take up energy like the lights in my house, the stove and taking time off of my phone so I don't have to charge it. Also you can use the vacuum less

-limit the amounts of car rides (i knew that the smoke and gas that is created by cars can influence global warming and our energy)
-turn off anything that is not in use
Trying to use less energy
Lets try to stablish some rules , like turning lights off when we aren't using them or needing them , and also we can start using renewable enrgy as the video says
Paneles solares para aprovechar al máximo su energía
Solar panels
Open the curtains and let sun light in, do one day of no screens. Turn off the lights and try to be at the same room so you dont consume a lot of energy at home.
For reducing the use of energy we can: turn off the lights when we are not using them, when we finish charging our phones disconnect the charger immediately, etc. In addition for communicating our need to reduce energy we can sign campaigns and communicate this problem on our social media...
I think that we all should opt to use public transportation, walk or bike as much as possible instead of driving. We should be striving to create energy efficient technology that is more accessible in order to change our society's norms of energy use.
Using more coal could help out
I think we should turn of the lights whenever we don't need it that will save the world's health and money

We should turn off the lights whenever we leave a certain room. This will dramatically decrease the amount of energy. We may also have many electronics that we forgot existed within our household, hooked up to wires, finding those, and turning those off will also decrease energy usage. We will not only save electricity, but it can also help with the environment and pollution problems.
We can stop a lot of the things we do every day.We can read outside instead of inside wasting lights. Or we can only buy water bottles that we can recycle.
it's important to raise awareness about issues of people wasting energy and it is also crucial for government to shift more eco-friendly energy resource. in public area, motion sensors should be linked with light to prevent the use of them when there is no one around. Solar panels should be provided to residential areas last a subsidised house to allow more house to be able to provide for their own electricity.
I think we have to turn off lights when we are done using it we can use solar panel instead of electricity
Cuidar la electricidad en casa, tomando medidas ahorrativas dónde implementamos otros recursos como luz solar.
I think that instead of using a lot of fossil fuels, we could use more efficient energy sources, like the sun. We could also have limits on households about how much energy should be used.
i think we should always turn off the light when it is daytime
Turn off devices I am not using, use less heat for water, use a fan instead of an AC, get a house when I am older that uses solar and wind power (but if there would be a fully charged battery as backup if the solar cells break and the wind turbine snaps) and walk or bike whenever I can to get to work, friends/families homes and parks.
Anne, Sophia and Mike said, we had better make a efficient electrical item.
1. we need to always turn off the lights whenever they are not in use.
2. we should vary how many electronics we have plugged in, so less energy is being used at once.
3.I think that a major way we could all reduce our energy consumption is just by getting solar panels and getting free energy to power our necessities.

Turn off light when it is not in use.Do not Use electronic devices when it is not in use.Use solar or wind energy to at home.Use solar Bulbs at home.
Cycle more and turn off lights and aircon when I leave the room!
I think that we need to be more responsable like turn of the light when we aren’t using and also if we have the opportunity put solar panels in your house.
I think that whenever we arent't using the lights we should turn them off
I think that we can turn of the lights that we are don’t used in the house and use solar panels
For reduce the consumption of oil maybe I will start to use more the bicycle for go to one place to other and I gonna try to use solar panels for reduce the electricity in my house
if we don't use a light we ca turn off
I think that using natural recourses with responsability
Reformation begins with small changes. Instead of reducing energy consumption globally on a large scale level, it's good to start at the individual level. So each person on the globe must take measures to reduce the energy consumption level. So, that must begin with a reduction of food wastage. The other things will follow automatically.
I think that we all should turn off the lights or any electronical thing that is not in use at that time.... So, that we can save energy and also save our MOTHER EARTH.... :)
I think that we need to off the light when it is not in use and
Because I forget to switch off the light and think that there
Are so many electronics we have plugged in, so less energy
Is being used at once so I think that major way to reduce

Agree
Good Juan Carlos that is a good solution like to go to the store
Agree
Turn off lights use the bike to go to the store and near places use recargable batteries use the solar energy to warm water and other thins that don’t use much energy
1.You should covert to solar power electricity.
2.Use candles at night instead of lights.
3.You could go to sleep when the sun goes down.
4.Wear warm clothes instead of turning the heater up.
5.Close the curtains when it gets cold or hot.
6.Do things by hand instead of getting a machine to do it.

Basic aspects such as using it efficiently, use only when needed, minimize energy use as much as possible, use renewables, and influence policymakers to create change
Reducing energy consumption by being conscious about how much electricity we are using in our households i.e. switching off lights when not in use
Some ways I can reduce my energy consumption are turning off lights and unplugging electronic devices when not in use; walking, taking the bus, and riding my bike rather than driving; and washing my clothes less (and line drying them!).
As a teacher, I can help my students learn about clean energy and careers they may pursue within this field. I can encourage my students to teach others about clean energy and how to reduce individual and collective energy consumption.
We can start by doing little things, such as not leaving the lights on after you leave a room and taking public transportation or walking/riding a bicycle instead of driving to locations that are near. It's the least we can do.
turn of lights that are not needed and go to bed early. not have you eyes on screens more often. take some of the tv's down from time square in new york
walk or cycle to nearby places. Car pool while going to work. Switch off appliances while not in use. Take shorter showers.
im english
i agree with every one
We could all only use energy if needed, such as turning off the lights when the room is not in use, only using electricity when it is most efficient (off peak times) and also making usre that the energy I use s never wasted. We could all move towards a greener world and change the way we make and use energy by changing the way we use energy on a daily basis (like buying electric vehicles and installing rooftop solar panels)
We can use more nature friendly energy and also cost efficient for the people of the community.
I believe we can plug off electronic things when we don't need, or maybe walk when going to a close place to save energy. I will also try to shower faster rather than wasting my time, but also wasting the energy.
To reduce electricity there are many options. You can start with switching of lights when your done with them and skipping over unimportant factors of electricity waste, like blow drying your hair. Another way to be more energy efficient is by using LED or CFL light bulbs saving up to 84 percent of electricity. You could switch from gas cars to electric and install solar panels on your roof because if you just have an electric car it helps but, large amounts of fossil fuels are still used to produce that energy. Across the globe we could stop using power plants and could instead use windmill and solar farms which uses natural energy. If we stop using so much energy we could easily decrease the amount of greenhouse gasses in the atmosphere leading to an overall healthier environment.
We should turn off lights when not in use, turn off the television when not in use, using solar panels to get electricity, switching off power sockets when not in use and many many more things
We could use solar panels instead of electricity and geothermal energy if we live in places like Iceland. Energy is everywhere, it is not created or destroyed but it is the fossil fuels which are not sustainable, so this is why we should all use solar panels instead!
We should turn off lights when we aren't using them, and use LED light bulbs. We can also try to plug in less tech at once so that there isn't too much energy going to one house. If you can, try installing solar panels, or write to your governor about this topic. You could do lots.
Probably the best way is to turn of lights and fans ,etc when we don't need them. also we should use renewable energy sources.
either don't ************ or eat less meat! such an easy switch when you consider the energy impacts of meat production, and especially nowadays there are so many great alternatives. I've been a vegetarian my entire life so perhaps it's a lot easier for me, but even just consider a meat-free monday or veganuary or something that cuts down on your consumption
I think we need to limit how many electronics are plugged in and also for how long we plug them in for. We need to start using solar panels more and we also need to turn of lights and use natural light instead. We also need to make more people aware of the world's situation.
???
Setting your refrigerator's temperature controls to as close to 37 degrees as possible can reduce the energy this power-hungry appliance consumes - use a thermometer if the controls don't indicate the temperature. It's also a good idea to check the gaskets on the fridge and freezer doors to ensure that they seal correctly to prevent cool air from escaping.
Despite being turned off, most home appliances such as mobile phone chargers, televisions, home entertainment devices, printers, computer monitors and coffee machines still draw a small amount of power when not in use. Unplug these devices or plug them into a power strip that can be turned off when not in use to reduce your home's power consumption.
ok?
ok?
great :)
It has always been a practice in the family since I was a child to turn off lights and appliances off after use. To ensure the refrigerator's door and water tap are closed is a constant reminder of my dad. I carry on these simple practices to my children now, simple yet goes a long way. My sister is into solar panel business, so we installed 10 panels at home and it really saves a lot when it comes to electricity consumption. Imagine, the panels are powered by the sun for free.
We are promoting sustainable energy usage to the local folks as well. Solar packages are recently made affordable to consumers.
I think the best way at home to reduce energy consumption is to manage the use of electronics. Keeping the doors and windows open (guaranteed with screens) , especially here in a tropical country, would minimize the use of airconditioners and electric fans. In that way, saving energy happens.
By using renewable energy sources (which are more efficient than fossil fuels on average) we will harness the earth's natural energy and this ensures that we don't commit ecocide and damage our earth through pollution. We need to self-analyse both how much power we use as individuals but also how much power companies in our countries use.
I think we have to learn how to rely less on Heating, Ventilation and Air conditioning systems. I'm not saying we shouldn't use them, but with proper housing design and a good use of the elements in our homes (windows, paint, clothing, etc.) we could reduce significantly its use.
Las plantas y algas y cianobacterias, utilizan la luz del sol para producir materia orgánica
We can use more renewable energy by installing solar systems on our roofs, we can use led lamps for lighting, and using bicycles instead of cars for transportation.
We put up solar panels outside of our houses and used the energy coming out of the solar panel to save electricity, and to save electricity bills.
Ensuring lights in the house, electronics that are plugged in not used to be unplugged, use low energy settings on mobiles and computers and ensuring to have enough natural light within the house. Governments have a huge role in ensuring corporations are using energy efficiently and to encourage consumers to be mindful of energy waste as well. Earth hour is a positive message, but needs to be louder!
There are several ways that we can do to save energy.
1. Play more physical and social games outside the gadgets or the internet. This will help in lessening energy consumption
2. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. This would lessen the energy used in cooking food.
3. Only turn electric appliances when they are necessary for use.
4. Go with more eco-friendly power sources like solar, wind, geothermal, or hydro.
I know that there are a lot more, but truly, if there is a will coupled with our concern and care for the world that we live in and for the future generations, there will always be ways.
we can save energy by changing the environment that we live in for our everyday life ,which can e switching the lights of when finishing in a room that you are in , this does't have to be you switching your own lights of when your finished in you own room but if someone leaves their lights on make sure you switch it of if they forget this is so that you know your not saving energy for yourself but for your community and the world including nature ,thank u for listening and ted-ed you have helped my learning thank u so much
Maybe turn off the faucet when your brushing and limit usage of light?
To save resources we should close keys and turn off lights and electronic devices when they are not in use, because these small actions can help us conserve more resources and they can be used for other things in the future.
It could be efficient for people to turn off the lights when they are not in use, also to take shorter showers and to use fewer electronics if possible in order to avoid using more and more energy to charge them up. Additionally, I think that renewable sources of energy should be more considered and little by little change the fossil fuels to more eco-friendly sources of energy.
We can save energy by not using electronics so much and taking care of our plant life (Watering plants, planting more plants, and etc..). I try to save energy by setting limits with my electronic usage.
turn off leaking taps turn off lights u don't need
To reduce energy consumption, we must use as few electrical appliances as possible. For example, do not turn on electric fans and air conditioners when it is not very hot. If you have an air purifier at home, you should use it as little as possible. You can open the windows to breathe fresh air, so that we don't consume too much energy.
We all need to reduce our electronic use as well as use the largest source of energy we know-the Sun- to power our energy consumption. We all should spread this word to everyone because if more people know about it then that's how we will be able to use energy more efficiently and our energy sources will last longer.
in my opinion we can save electriciity by unpluging the devinces which are not in use,we should adjust light use, we should install solar panels in our home and we should use devices which work on solar panels so that we could get energy from renewable resource. if people will follow rules to save electricity than they can save energy for their upcoming genertaion.
we can try saving electricity, by turning off appliances when not in use. and limit the use of technology.
Some ways are to unplug electronics or cords we aren't using, and shut off lights or use it as little as possible. Turn off sinks, and try to use things like solar panels and products with the Energy Star logo on it.
I think it depends of the country. In Brazil, we have a lot of sunlight during the day and this heats our homes. In some cities, the air condicioning is used because the weather is so hot and damp that we really don't know what to do.
I try to turn off the lights whenever possible, but my house has that possibility. It may be necessary to rethink our architecture so that there is more sunlight coming in, use the washing machine when we have a good amount of clothes and be aware of our impact on Earth.
In Hong Kong it is very hot in summer so schools and houses use lots of air conditioning which uses lots of energy. We need to think of ways of keeping cool while using less energy. we could design clothes and school uniform that keeps us cool. Redesign building to use the wind to keep us cool.
we can save energy by sustainable usage of everything(like-using clothes again and again then donate them).....doing more manual work rather than depending on machines and technology(like-walking or using bike for short distances)....... by using energy sources until needed(like-switching off lights and fans when not in use)....... by being more in natue
(like-for relaxment, workout, fun and so on)
Well first we should never waste energy unnecessarily, we should switch off lights, fan and everything else and save energy. We could install piezoelectric substances in our shoes so that we can utilize some our own energy that would have otherwise been wasted could be used to charge our hand held devices.Installing solar panels on our roofs, not wasting water because energy was used to purify the water. Not using vehicles for shorter distances,
using solar panels to light up bulbs and fans in schools and other places where work is done mostly in the daytime. Educating people about the need to conserve energy, upgrade the existing machines so that they become even more energy efficient, even using more energy efficient machines could have a great impact globally on the reduction of energy consumption.Using renewable sources of energy.Teaching young children about energy conservation will be highly beneficial as they are the future so if we teach them, we'd have a better future for sure.
Making use of natural light during the day has the potential.Large household appliances such as refrigerators and dryers are big consumers of electricity in any home. Make a point to replace old, inefficient ones with the latest models that come along with the Energy Star approval.Installing solar panels is expensive, so it might not represent an economical option to some. However, solar panels offer the greatest possibilities for saving energy.
Use a power strip to reduce your plug load.
Turn off the lights.
Atomic energy, solar energy, and energy from wind and bio fuels are just a few of the promising alternatives for a cleaner and greener future. Other relatively new sources of energy such as fuel cells, geothermal energy, and ocean energy are also being explored.i will make aware society of these all.
There are many big and small ways to reduce energy consumption. There is a type of energy consumption called Standby power. It is commonly used in our electric appliances. Usually a small strip of LED light to show the energy consumption of that appliance. Such appliances consume lots of energy. We can switch from such resources and start using our renewable resources like Solar energy.
Its so badly affected, i use less
I believe when we leave the rooms, instead of carelessly leaving the lights and fans switched on, we can act like responsible citizens and switch them off. Instead of switching on the air conditioner all the time, we can open the windows and let some fresh air come in. This will be good for our health too. Instead of always using vehicles,we can cover short distances by walking or cycling. Larger distances can be covered with the help of energy efficient modes of transport like electric or hybrid cars or by car pooling.
We can reduce energy consumption by turning off electric gadgets when not in use. We can also reduce the number of gadgets plugged into the same socket. I agree that we have to reduce our energy consumption, but it is not possible over a short time so we have to first switch to alternative energy sources.
We have to turn the light off and turn off the TV if we don't use them. We play a role as energy savers and clean energy producers.
We can can use wind energy or solar energy instead of coal. It can have a huge impact on our world decreasing pollution. We can wind energy by building wind mill( for the people live near sea shore) or by using solar panel to produce energy. If both not possible we can reduce the use of energy by simply turning off the plugs of our house which is not in use or by using human energy(e.g Washing clothes with our hands but it consume time), For the future we can use renewable source of energy which really convenient to use.
We can save energy by turning switches off when we're not using them. We can also use certain different things to keep us comfortable without energy. To give an example, we can open the window or use a fan instead of turning on the air conditioner. Also, we can ride bicycles or walk instead of riding a bus, taxi, or car.
Energy is everything!
I don't know
Don't use to much of your air conditioner.
We can turn of the lights when we get out of our house. We can also walk instead riding a car.
Every time I'm not using the light or any other appliances, I should care to turn them off to conserve the energy being used. This idea alone could be applied to any other individual out there, and if we all share the same thinking, our society's use of energy would have a positive macro effect when it comes to the conservation and utilization of energy in the future.
Try not to use much energy like turning off the lights and tv.
We can turn of all electronics when not in use.
I can turn off lights, save water, set the thermostat to 78 degrees all year long. I can buy only what I need. I can buy local fruits and veggies. I can eat less meat. I can close the curtains on hot days to keep out the heat so my AC does not need to be turned on. I can use sunlight instead of a lamp.
Turn off the lights, limit what devices I have plugged in, ride a bike instead of a car, etc.
We can turn off lights when using them and have fans and ac on only during the summer. We can also overtime switch to solar panels so it less expensive but also better than using gas and oil which create pollution.
I'm very aware of the lights that are on in my house and I try to use solar energy as much as I can. As consumers of energy we need to demand energy options that are sustainable.
I think that people should be aware and get informed about how their waste of energy impacts their life and the life of many others, both currently and in the future, I think people could use renewable sources of energy, which (at least in my country) should be more accesible, and also, the goverment should promote the use of these, and stop doing the opposite because it suits them better for their interests or the ones of the country, without considering that we all are citizens of the same planet...
I have solar panels on my house, and I guess I could not leave the lights on as much.
going forward i will try to fight against this huge humanity problem and save energy and donate to climate change funds
Turn off lights when they aren't needed. Use reusable items rather than plastic or disposable ones.
Some ways I personally can reduce my energy consumption is by walking to school, always unplugging/turning off my electronics when not in use, and take shorter showers. I'm also trying to g o vegan but it's very hard because my family ************ with every meal and no one supports my decision to become vegan.
I literally waste the electricity but from today ill plug off all the chargers if not needed. I will use the sun as the dryer from today.
turning off the lights when its not needed, unplug chargers and anything else that's plugged in that isn't in use, save water by turning it off while brushing teeth, taking shorter showers, use soar energy
Shut the door when it's cold. We should use solar panels.
we should not thro away are grease but cellect it
Energy saving tech (bulbs)
Shorter showers, baths, washing time
Don't waste
Recycle
As energy supports most parts of our life, it is necessary that we should preserve energy. We can do this by switching off lights and other things when not in use. We can also spread awareness among people about importance of these things. It would definitely help earth become a better place:).
During this time of covid19 pandemic, many countries implemented lockdown to prevent the spread of the virus. Because of this, all the factories and work places were shutdown. There were no vehicles running on roads, no trains or flights. And this resulted in a better environment, clearing the air, water & soil.
If we could do the same once each month every year, that itself would reduce the energy consumption immensely.
Imagine observing a day off each month for the sake of our planet Earth, shutting down all the factories, all cities & towns, everything. And instead of keeping it voluntary, make it mandatory; like all countries of the world need to follow it or the World Bank wouldn't offer them loans or something like that. It would automatically reduce the energy consumption to a great extent.
Also, one can always try to be mindful and reduce their usage. Remember, REDUCE is the first step of Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.
I think we should unplug the items we have that are not in use. We can also turn off lights when we are not in the room.
Switch off plugs when not in use. Turn off the lights in a room when it is not in use. Open your window to let fresh air in instead of switching on A.C. If we change the way society produces and uses energy then we will have a more sustainable earth. It will limit global warming and ensure a good future for generations to come.
i thin k that we can explore mars and extract their resources to create electriciyt an we can connect the earth an mars whit buildings an we can create like an athmosphres that protect us
Go and turn off the light.
Go out and turn off you light.
Using solar panels is the most energy-efficient way of creating electricity. And I think that in the future solar panels are going to be built on all houses.
We can reduce energy by using clothing lines to dry clothes, turning off light, and unplugging electronics when not in use.
If we use the organic-waste to produce energy, we help environment and contribute to energy production. We have many other forms to do this, but it doesn't matter if we don't rethink how we spend the energy.
I think we can turn of the lights if you don't need to use them like thousands of American waste lots of energy because they don't need to use it. We can also use environmental energy like wind farms and solar farms.
By turning off lights
we can save energy by turning off light and turning all electronics that is plugged in the walls.
i can turn lights off when no one needs it and in the future i can use Solar Energy
Open window turn off lights
Some ideas to use energy more efficiently in your day-to-day life are: when you don't need to use energy don't use it. Some ways you can reduce your energy consumption are shutting down your computer when not needed, turn off the TV when you're not watching and turn off the lights in a room if the light is not needed. A role we can play in changing the ways our society produces and uses energy in the future is: try to create more environmentally friendly energy sources.
Make sure I'm conscious of the consumption of energy and limit it in every aspect of my life the minimum needed. I can make people are of the consequences for un-needed consumption of energy and encourage them to make a change for less energy and in the process I get to educate people.
I guess that we need to reconsider again about all energy sources such as electricity, coal, wind water and so on. There are some advantages and dis advantages actually, but people tend not to deep consider sometimes.
For example, one of renewable energy source is hydroelectricity. It does not release emissions into the atmosphere. It seems to be great, but creating a hydro plant means keep running water, this would be affected fishes reaching their breeding ground. It also would be good way to create power from wind mill, but migrating birds are killed by wind mill frequently.
For the shake of producing and using energy in the future for eternal, we need to see our facts and conditions through another perspective, ‘A circular economy’. This is based on the principles of designing out waste and pollution, keeping products and materials in use, and regenerating natural systems. I believe that it would be work more if human treat the problems with other angles, and take any action
We can turn off the lights and electronics when not in use. We can also use less machines like treadmills and hair dryers. We can use the energy from heat to power things as well.
To save energy we could take shorter showers, turn off unnecessary lights, unplug the t.v when we are on a vacation or if you're going out for the day and turn down the heating and air conditioners. I think that if we tell more people about these ways to save energy and they would listen, we could save SO much more energy.
I think we can turn off the lights when we dont need them.
Governments should wake up from their slumber and start investing heavily in research for renewable energy technologies. There are studies and research has been done showing that the USA could move to renewable energy today itself if it wanted to
Turning lights off when leaving a room. Using a smart meter to visualise how much energy you are using and perhaps rewarding low energy use (e.g. financial) will encourage a reduction in energy usage. The demand for energy must fall as well, as this fuels our high usage.
I think, people have to be more responsible and treat the environment with respect. You all know that energy is harmful to our planet. To my mind, the most effective suggestion how to use less energy is first of all to turn off the lights when you don’t need it. It’s the most common problem of humanity. Also, all people have a huge amount of electronics and they charge them several times a day. My suggestion is to buy a big solar battery and put it on the roof of tower block. It’ll be more environmentally friendly and will help Earth to be less unpolluted.
My students answers: Turn your lights off. Use safer methods to get electricity. Turn things off when you're done. Watch less TV/iPad. Hand wash clothes. Go outside instead of looking at your phone. Use different charging sources. Use your car less. Only charge if you really need to. Turn your car off when waiting for a train. Don't use a dishwasher, hand wash them.
take shot showers instead of baths, and turn off the water when you are washing your hair.
To reduce the energy consumption, I turn off all the electric devices which I don't need to use or are necessary to use. I choose to use natural energy such as wind instead of using fan, the sun instead of using Tubular fluorescent lamp, etc. Although they are just small action, the more we do, the more we reduce the energy consumption.
In the future, we should use more natural energy resources beacause it won't be run out of. The sun, wind and water are still there instead of using those such as fossil fuels which can become exhausted soon if we keep exploiting it.
To save energy, we can turn off appliances when they're not in use, or use electronics less. The government can put in solar panels, or a good renewable energy source as energy for the city. Although it might be expensive, its a good way to polute the world less, and have an ecofriendly energy source.
We can reduce to use dryermachines, turn off our electronic devices when we dont use, also, we should change our products with organic, sustainable and recycling products. When we do that, our future limited energy sources can be save and we do not destroy our world.
I think we can turn off the lights when not In use, only plug in electronics when you desperately need to, and when ever you leave the house turn everything off.
We can do some small sorts of activities in order to bring big changes in our future generation-
1. turn off the flow of electricity whenever not in use.
2. replacing petroleum cylinders to solar cookers for cooking
3. replacing or if possible banning vehicles emit and also use a lot of energy or sources of energy( like the coal or petroleum or natural gas ) to the electric and solar powered vehicles.
4. giving appropriate instructions for the govt. officers to stop the wastage of energy in the form of electricity in the public services.
These are still some of them that I could mention of.
We can turn off water or light when we don't use it. We can reuse water. you can take a bath and then wash your cloth in that water. We can't change the world on our own but we can try in our family.
As most of the above study buddies stated, turning off electricity and water when not in use will significantly reduce energy usage as well as bills related to them. It's mutually beneficial.
I think we should use light only when we need it.In we can also try to find creative ways to use light
turning lights off when your not in the house or when they arent at use,we should use solar panels more often because that helps alot
We need wind and sun everywhere..
This lesson really sucks my nards.
The first thing is we should not waste our energy carelessly. We should keep that in our mind and do some basic things like turning off the lights when we don't need to use them, not using energy-consuming luxury stuffs like fan or air-con unnecessarily. We should try to use renewable energy providing devices comparing to other devices. Also, we should rely on public transportation system or bikes more than using our own car. Because, the number of automobile users has been increasing and it can lead to excessive amount of consuming our limited engergy resources.
we can reduce some ways by using energy if only needed.
These bunch of video teach me what the physic and how to appreciate the things around me.
We can save much energy as less as we can.For instance , we can turnoff or unplug electric bubs or electronics if we don't need them.Solar energy is very easy to use for everyone so we can use it .
1. Reduce the energy from utility. (use more solar energy/ no worry for light in Myanmar)
2. reduce the fossil fuel (if you own a car, don't use it for short distance / take bicycle)
3. Try to live in natural ways.
Save energy
I think that we need to turn off the lights if we don't need. Instead of using cars, ride a bicycle or walk. And also don't use air conditioner all the times which is not good for our environment.
i think we should try to be as natural as possible. e.g. using less air conditioning.
use our natural energy as much as possible. e.g. walking or biking instead of driving .etc
If we don't need , we should switch off any electrical devices. Instead of driving car to and fro, we should go on foot or ride a bike .
It is the best way for not only saving energy but also our health
I think that we need to always turn off the lights whenever they are not in use. I also think that we should vary how many electronics we have plugged in, so less energy is being used at once. I think that a major way we could all reduce our energy consumption is just by getting solar panels and getting free energy to power our necessities. I think that if more people became aware of the easy things they can do to limit their energy consumption than many would do that and it would be better for us in the long run.
We should only turn the lights when we want to see at night, and turn off any device or charger thatt isn't in use.
yah
To reduce energy consumption, use energy saving devices if possible. Turns off lights if not in use. The government should encourage people to use natural source of energy to run electricity.
In order to reduce my energy consumption I feel like a couple a days a month with no wifi or electronics would be good. It would also be good for my mental health as well since wifi and electronics aren't the most necessary when youre at home doing nothing
turning off the lights when they are not necessary, and using LED lights that save energy. and spending less time in the shower using solar panols and unplugging electronic devices when they are not in use. using bicycles to get to places, walking if the distance is short, and if possible buying sustainable electronic cars.
I think we could turn off the lights if we are not home of the sun provides it for you, and another way is if your device is full batteries unplug it!
soon we will maby
turn of the light when you don't need it
We can turn off the lights if we leave a room, shut down electronics when we are not using them so on.
What are some ways you can reduce your energy consumption?
1. We should all turn off the TVs, lights, and computers when it is not in use.
2. And instead of driving to places that are walking distances away, we can cycle or walk.
3. We should also use solar panels and rechargeable batteries.
What role can play in changing the way our society produces and uses energy in the future?
1. Creating awareness.
2. Sharing Ted-Ed's videos.
3. Starting it ourselves.
During the day, use solar light instead of lightbulbs, so you can replace them less and buy them less often. If it is a day that is dark, or you are in a bathroom with no windows, use LED lightbulbs instead of incandescent. You can also turn off the lights when you leave a room, or use solar panels on your house.
Wind farms and large plots of land with solar panels on them are good ways to use less energy, and biking, scootering, or running/walking to work, school, the store are good ways to use less gas for cars and buses. Gas made of corn, also called Ethanol, is also a good idea.
I think that any electronics that are not being used should get unplugged and when a room is empty the lights should get turned off
We can turn off the lights and other electricity when not in use and we can spread the word to make other people more aware. There other examples I have, not just electricity, but that all I will say.
i think we should think more about the amount of energy we use each day. You should always turn off light when leaving a room. we should only plug in our phones or other things if we have to.
I think that we can turn of the lights that we are don’t used in the house and use solar panels.
One way to reduce energy consumption in someone's day-to-day life is by turning off the lights when you do not need them turned on. You can play an important role in using energy wiser in the future.
I think turning off lights, when you're not in the room, unplugging cords when a device isn't in use, decreasing the amount of things you need to have plugged in. Using solar panels, etc could all help.
I think I should change myself and I should follow up the rules. As an example, I sometimes turn on the lights even in the morning and afternoon. It doesn't need to switch on and so I tried to change this style. I can share and support this important facts to my student teachers. Since they are prospective teachers, they can share other and next generations. I think that I should mainly change myself and this is the most important point.
Some ways to reduce energy consumption is to turn off lights when you are not in the room, turning off the water when brushing your teeth, and using my phone less. We should use more solar panel energy.
We can turn lights off or instead of watching tv, play a game with our families, or start going to the gym because at my gym we have machines that create energy as you work out to power the building and the buildings around it.
To reduce energy consumption we could use more efficient energy sources and in our society we can limit the households about how much energy is being used, such as lights and etc then look into more solar panels and efficient uses of energy
We can do little things very day to save energy like car pool , shutting off electronics ,and making meal that dont involve the oven .
I can reduce my energy consumption by making sure to turn off lights when I am not using them and making sure my family knows to do this as well.
always turn off ur light when your not using it same with the TV.
I always remind everyone to turn off lights but ill make it more apparent and our house is solar powered but we should eliminate all extreme uses of energy to the daytime to conserve the most energy.
always turn off the light when youre not using it and unplug household items.
I would say to reduce our energy consumption, we need to turn off lights when were not using them. Or we can reduce the amount we drive, if we have a chance to walk or ride a bike, then do it.
Easy ways to reduce energy consumption is to turn off lights, unplug appliances, reduce the use of thermostats. Another way is to reduce one's use of a car or switch to cleaner energy.
I think we could turn off lights, running water, or anything that isn't in use because then we will be wasting energy that can be used for better things
I think we can stop using the energy we don't need at the moment. Like stopping the running water when brushing your teeth, taking quick showers, etc
I can turn off lights when now in use and also unplug any wires that are not being used
turn off lights in a room I'm not in, don't leave appliances running if I'm not using them (or leave them plugged in).
Turning off my lights throughout my house, using less fans when i am not in a room.
We can use solar panels, windmills, and other renewable energy. We can also not use energy unless we need it.
Buying solar panels would definitely be a big help, as well as turning off unnecessary lights, limiting computer and tv time, and getting out often. The way to change our society's ways is to spread awareness about how to be efficient without being over the top with energy use.
I can be on technology a lot less every day. I can shorten my screen time and only be on my phone if need to talk to anyone. I think solar would help a lot and also planting more greenery will help too since plants have the ability to produce energy.
turn of the lights, stop leaving my tv on for 'background noise', unplug unused lamps etc
I think that solar panels are a great way to restore some of that energy and making sure lights that do not need to be on are turned off.
Some ways that we can reduce the energy we use is turning off lights in rooms that we're not in. Be cognizant of how much energy your consuming a day and work towards decreasing it.
Make sure that we turned off the lights whenever they are not necessary, use technology less, invest in solar energy products, and spend more doing things that don't require wasting energy like reading a book.
Ways that we can reduce energy consumption can be very simple from switching off the lights when there is no use for them and to using solar panels. Hopefully, we can be efficient and responsible for the energy we use so that we can set that example for the future generations.
I think we can look up ways to "go green" to help us help the enviorment.
I think that turning off things that use any energy source when we arent using it can help restore energy. We should be thoughtful when using energy and this will help us to restore energy in the future.
turn off lights when not using them
Turning off lights and only use them at night, and during the day we use the light that comes from the sun by opening up windows, and use solar panels
turn off the lights and reduce your consumption of water and electriic products
We can turn off the lights in the day and when we leave a room turn off the tap when we’re brushing our teeth and don’t charge phones over night
To reduce my energy consumption I will always turn off lights when it is bright outside, if the light isn't needed or if I am leaving the room.
turning of the lights whne you aren't using them
We can turn of all electronics when not in use. And instead of using electronic cars that uses battery, we can either ride bicycles or walk.
I think for everyday people, reducing the amount of light and energy used would help along with investments for solar panels and other naturally generated energy
Doing simple things like turning off lights when leaving a room and unplugging things when they aren't being used. Also encouraging alternative sources of energy like solar panels.
My daughter's thoughts: Idk how we can help the Earth. We could reduce electricity, but I really have no idea what to do. :p
Unplugging and turning off lights to things not being used it a big one for me. Making people more aware of the energy they are using makes it easier to adjust their sources.
i learned that power is a valuable resource and that it is hard to create and i waste a lot of power by over charging my phone and school laptop
I can lower energy consumption by not charging my phone overnight and turning off the lights in my house that don't need to be on. In the future, all developed countries can have zero carbon emissions by establishing wind farms and solar energy.
you can use Appliances and electronics -- Purchase energy-efficient products and operate them efficiently.
Ways to use energy more efficiently in my day-to-day life would be turning off the lights when I'm not in the room. Keeping the AC at a room temperature instead of blasting it all day. Deciding to hand wash the dishes instead of running the dishwasher. The role of changing up energy would be to create a sustainable future for everyone to live on the planet.
I can lower my energy us by creating my own electricity using solar panels. Another way is having a wind farm.
Be on my phone less and play outside instead of in the house alot.
I think there are many ways to reduce energy consumption, for example, replacing conventional bulbs with eco-lamps.
We can can save our energy we can save our energy in the future because saving our energy makes it stronger.
We can turn off stuff that does not make our energy go down we can unplugged tablets, phones, and TV's.
I think we can install solar panels, turning off the lights when not in use, using less water, using fewer heat products such as a hairdryer and straightener, opening curtains instead of turning the light on, and opening windows when feeling hot.
j
I can make sure that when I leave a room to always turn off the light and to sometimes do laundry with my brother to save energy in doing one load instead of two.
Some ways I can reduce my energy consumption is by purchasing less products since all products have some sort of energy consumption through transportation or production. I think we can also limit many things that we already do such as using less energy in our own homes and also limiting our energy use outside of our home like traveling. When we change the way our society produces and uses energy we can have a higher role by beaning much more smarter and sustainable by choosing to give back to the World and using more Infinite resources and not degrading the Finite resources.
Use more efficient appliances, transportation, and entertainment and lessen their use considerably as well.
I can play a major role by recycling as much as I can. Also I can turn off the lights and any electrical appliances when going out, sleeping or when not in need.
:)
Whenever we have the chance to open the window instead of turning on the lights we should take it.
Some ways I can reduce the energy consumption in my own personal life is to be more self aware of how much energy I use whether in my own home/ room itself or even if I’m just out and about during the day to be more aware of how much energy I’m wasting when it can be easily avoided. The role that can play when changing the way our society produces and uses energy in the future is that we can save up on some energy and not just waste it on such nonsensical things that are just unnecessary in our lives.
I think we can turn of the lights if you dont need to use them like thousands of American waste lots of energy because they dont need to use it. We can also use enviromental energy like windfarms and solar farms.
I can turn off the air when u dont need it, or dont charge our phone in the night, or dont use the xbox at the same time that we watch tv, etc.
And that in the future can help us to save energy.
I think we can turn of the lights if you dont need to use them like thousands of people waste lots of energy because they dont need to use it. We can also use enviromental energy like windfarms and solar farms.
only leave energy running when we need it, like turning off the lights or the TV when we´re not using them
we can do tiny changes like turn off the light that you dont need or dont use them in the day, the fans, tv, try to not have yout computer so much connected, charge your phone one or two times in a day, etc.
Try to install some solar panel, be conscious about the electricity consumption
In order not to waste energy, we can do several actions such as Turn off lights when we are not using and not only the lights but everything objected to producing energy so that future generations will not be left without energy or with little energy
- Turn off the light when you are not using it, avoid using the air conditioner, avoid leaving electronic devices on when you are not using them, etc. We must avoid wasting light, we must also avoid the use of fossil fuels or use bicycles, also use renewable energy; We must encourage the use of renewable energy and that the government do something to generate prosperity on Earth.
By disconnecting all the electronic things that we aren't using and turning off the light when we don't need them.
We shouldnt have to worry about it. clean engery is ready whenever but the gov doesn't want to change things for the better. We can use reusable energy like solar panels, hydroelectricity, and wind turbines instead of fossil fuels.
i think that we can reduce significtly the quantities of energy that we use haing consiense about the damage that the produce of its do and the paper that we can do is using renovable energy
water cleaner of sun light and batteries of 50,000 mah that recharge of sun light and cars using that bateres
We should turn off the lights when we dont use it,Getting Solar Panels to get free energy
Measure our use of energy, install different machines to convert natural energy to electric energy
I say that you should create some things that use less energy or that do not spend any energy
stop consuming so much enrgia and turn off the things you use with energy when you're not using it.
We have to take care of it using solar panels turning off all the unnecessary lights and using the solar more than anything
And instead of using electronic cars that uses battery, we can either ride bicycles or walk. I also think that we can turn off the lights when not using it
I believe that the most correct way to save energy is not using it unconsciously
Chossing the solar energy to save the world
Well, I believe that taking a break from the hard work that uses these different types of energies, and the role that I can play is to play the role of the person who wants to keep the planet in shape.
We have to turn off the lights we don't use. We must not waste water unnecessarily.
turn off the electronic devices if they're not in use
discover new sources of energy
We could try to replace some functions that use energy like climbing stairs instead of using the elevator. Cycling instead of using the car everywhere, open the house windows more instead of turning on the lights. Exchange foods with lots of packaging for fresh foods.
you could make a start by making sure you turn lights when you leave the room and by using solar panels
To reduce energy consumption you need to turn off plugs and charging sockets when they are not being used , turn off lights when they are not being used , and we can use renewable resources like solar pannels to produce our energy .
I think we can turn of the lights if you dont need to use them like thousands of American waste lots of energy because they dont need to use it. We can also use enviromental energy like windfarms and solar farms.
some ways i think we can help out would include turnng lights off when not being used, saving water when its not needed like long showers, try to go to solar and water powered or wind power, we can also try to go to composte as well and not shove everything into the garbage deposal
Some methods I could use to decrease energy consumption, such as electricity would be hand wash and dry clothes and dishes. Recycle or donate unused/used products, be more self-sustaining by growing my own produce (vegetables, herbs, and fruits), create a catchment system or recycle water to water my plants and lawn. Turn off lights, tv, computer, or any device not in use. We do majority of these things in our house, which includes but not limit to using our own grocery bags. Unused bags my mom stitches or patches them up or she turns them into patches and rags. Sometimes, she takes old bags and makes a bigger bag or in her crafts. My dad reuses clothes and linens as rags for his workshop, clean the vehicles, check oil, etc... We do a lot of repurposing of items. Especially, turning beverage containers into plant holders. Mom paints them and use it as decoration to hold house plants. Btw, you can recycle old grass clippings and vegetation to make compost.
I should not use my electronics too much. So other people could have more energy, is to eat some protien.
I think we need to remember to always turn off the lights when we don’t use them and we could also use solar panels to create energy instead of other things.
Personally, I think I could reduce my daily energy consumption if every time I don't use an electronic device I disconnect it, I let my laptop and cell phone ask me that they require a charge to charge them and not use them while they are charging, I can walk instead of d Using the car, and it occurs to me that to generate energy, you should try trying to make use of things that we no longer use, such as the example of the video of the oil used to create fuel is a great idea.
negative impact is using up all of your energy so the next day you have zero energy.
positive impact is saving your energy so that the next day you have enough energy
I think we can turn of all the light that are not necessary. Maybe when it's a sunny day try t leave you lights of until it gets dark.
I believe that if you have wires plugged in and you aren't using them you should take them out. During the day you shouldn't use light as we have natural light right outside our windows. Buying solar pannels for your house will also help, you will get free energy just by the sun!
Always turn off the lights when we don't need it. And, use our devices less. We could go outside more often or play other games not on a device.
Saving Energy:
1. Turn off lights
2. Don't plug-in devices when they are charged
One way i can save energy would be to reduce my screen and electronic times. By saving energy, we could save our health with energy because if there is a lot of energy, it can effect our health.
like a mistery
We can try to reuse energy
Some ways I can reduce my energy consumption is turn off lights when they are not being used, and using natural light as much as possible. I can vote for political officials that will implement more green energy.
Only turning on lights when we need them, unplugging any electronics not in use, trying to use more solar power if possible, and trying to have at least one hour with no electricity.
I think I just have to be more aware of leaving tgew lights on or leaving my phone and computer charged all night.
By unplugging electricity we don't need like turning off lights or using solar panels instead of fossil fuels. As the younger generation we can input laws.
I think we should set a goal each year of how much energy we want to decrease in our electricity consumption. Finding innovative devices that use renewable energy instead of non-renewable energy. We can also use more renewable sources like solar energy since it doesn't do as much harm as coal burning does.
By saving power and being more environmentally concious.
How do you suggest we do this? Because I for one would gladly volunteer to continuously spin the blades of a wind turbine for energy collection.
We shouldn’t use electricity when it is not in use
I need we need to come up and use energy-efficient appliances. Like energy-efficient lights, I think this will reduce our energy consumption a lot. We also need to spread more social awareness about making small changes in our daily lives, like close the lights when leaving a room.
