\n Are people used to using their phone by addiction or because their need to?<\/a>\n <\/div>\n
\n I think people pass more time on phone because they are living in automatic habits. Once, I read about this. Our brain is able to distract about 40% of our time. It means that we aren\'t pay completely attention in our moviment, thoughts and words that we pronounce while we are concentrated on phone. I think the phone have a power to increase our distraction because we became addict on consume news and more news. Its informations can bring on anxiety and stress. Its a vicious cicle. The most of people pass about 8 hours per day on their phones. Some people use this for work. In this case its necessary. But... What would you do when this time were free? \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n
